Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at 6:00AM Playing myself gently into the rowing and following the peter plan. Nice easy row at 5 am, concentrating on technique.

- Setting physical training into a higher context
- Incorporating the elements into training
- Using science.
- Varying activity: I use a triathlon base with a Concept2 rower filling in for swim time
- Incorporating an element of surprise
- Practising relaxation
- Cultivating the centre point - Misogi
- Not being a bore about it at parties!
The underlying basis is one of Shugyo.
